LSR Home Care Corporation was founded by a dedicated couple with years of experience as nurses working with individuals who have intellectual and developmental disabilities across various settings. Our passion for starting our own home care agency grew from these experiences, driven by a deep commitment to provide care in the way we would want for our own family.

In 2013, we welcomed our son into the world. Born with significant medical challenges, he underwent several surgeries and, by the time he turned four, was diagnosed on the autism spectrum. Now, at 12 years old, he continues to require extra care, love, and support—just like many others with similar challenges.

Our journey as parents has only deepened our passion for caregiving. We understand the daily needs of individuals who require extra attention, and this drives us to serve others with the same love, dedication, and compassion we give to our own child. Our mission to support others is not just a professional calling—it’s personal, and it’s part of our everyday life.
